Our Coconut Oil comes from dried coconuts with a fatty acid profile high in Medium Chain Triglycerides and therefore is quickly digested. This oil is refined naturally so that its coconut flavour is removed, without the use of harmful solvents, and this special refining process makes it the perfect oil for a variety of cooking applications. In order to safeguard the oil from any kinds of contamination or spoilage, we always made sure that the copra was of the highest quality. We also anticipate offering coconut oil in different packaging options, from pouches to cans.
Copra is a pulp rich in oil, with oil content typically ranging from 65 to 72 percent. Due to the importance of copra quality in the manufacture of Kallatra's Crystal Coconut oil, our staffs makes it a priority to collect the best quality copra available. It is done mechanically by expeller pressing copra that has a high oil content and by solvent extraction of oil seeds that have low oil content or for further extraction of oil from copra cake.
